Refund Policy

  • Sale items are eligible for store credit only, not refunds.
  • Clearance items are not eligible for return, refund, or credit.
  • Purchases after payment are eligible for store credit, not refunds.
  • Earrings are not eligible for exchange or refund due to hygiene reasons.
At so-rings, we want you to love your jewelry and will gladly accept returns or exchanges other than those stated in the conditions above, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
Our refund policy is valid for a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the product. We cannot refund an order placed more than 14 days after the delivery date. To be refunded, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. All refunds are issued to your original payment method. Delivery and card processing fees are not covered.
To complete your refund, proof of purchase will be required.

Return a product
To return a product, please contact no.brings.stress@gmail.com with your invoice number and the reason for return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. We will then notify you whether your refund has been accepted or rejected. If accepted, the refund will be processed and credited to your credit card or original payment method.

Guarantee
The so-stress guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your product. Any defective jewelry will be replaced free of charge during this period.

We reserve the right to update and modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
